How We Diagnose Dry Eye

We dont just guess. We run specific tests to understand what type of dry eye you have and how bad it is. This includes tear breakup time testing, Schirmer's test to measure tear production, and in some cases imaging of the meibomian glands (the oil glands in your eyelids that are often behind the problem).
